Please
help us by ensuring any specimens you are
requested to provide are given in the correct
container, are labelled and accompanied
by a request form and placed in the appropriate
sealed plastic envelope. Failure to do so
will mean the laboratory cannot process
your specimen. Leave specimens in the box
outside the treatment room by 10.15am.
Test
results can be given out over the phone
on 01903 843423, but please wait
until after 2.00pm to ring, when our phone
lines are quieter, and we have more time
to discuss the results with you.
The Health centre is hoping to receive the seasonal flu vaccine in October and are proposing to have 2 flu vaccine clinics on the Saturday 16th October and Saturday 6th November.If you are in 'at risk' group please make an appointment nearer the time
