ChildLine is the free, 24-hour helpline
for children and young people in the UK.
Children and young people can call the
helpline and talk about any problem, at
any time - day or night - in complete
confidentiality.
A registered
UK charity that offers support to anyone
parenting a child - parents, step-parents,
grandparents, foster-parents. Parentline
runs a freephone helpline as well as courses
for parents around the UK.
Crysis provides support and advice to
parents of babies who cry incessantly
and have sleep problems. They offer information
about the causes of such behaviour and
can put parents in touch with others who
have similar problems.
National self-help group that provides
support and help for lone parents and
their children. over 200 groups throughout
UK that meet regularly. Organises activities,
events, outings and holidays.
The Health centre is hoping to receive the seasonal flu vaccine in October and are proposing to have 2 flu vaccine clinics on the Saturday 16th October and Saturday 6th November.If you are in 'at risk' group please make an appointment nearer the time
